Google Ads Management
Our internal campaign management platform connects directly to the Google Ads API to provide:

Our platform also integrates with the Meta Marketing API to manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns:
- Creative Performance Tracking — Monitoring ad creative fatigue, engagement metrics, and conversion attribution.
- Audience Optimization — Interest targeting analysis, lookalike audience management, and audience size estimation.
- Budget & Bid Controls— Automated campaign budget optimization and bid strategy adjustments.
Why We Build In-House
Having managed over €35 million in ad spend scaling Paul Valentine from zero to €125 million in revenue, we learned that off-the-shelf tools don't move fast enough. Our internal platform is built specifically for the speed and precision required to scale D2C brands profitably.
Google Ads API Re-Application Description
Swiss Ecom Group AG (swiss-ecom-group.ch) is a Swiss e-commerce agency company that builds and scales direct-to-consumer brands. We have developed an internal campaign management platform that integrates with the Google Ads API to manage advertising across our portfolio brands. The tool is used exclusively by our internal marketing team and is not offered as a public SaaS product.
Our platform provides the following Google Ads functionality:
1. Campaign Performance Reporting: Automated retrieval of campaign, ad group, and keyword-level performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, ROAS) via the Google Ads API. Reports are generated daily and surfaced to our team through an internal dashboard.
2. Bid Optimization: The tool reads current bid strategies and CPC data, analyzes performance trends, and recommends or applies bid adjustments to maximize ROAS within defined budget constraints.
3. Budget Management: Automated monitoring of daily and monthly budget pacing across campaigns. The tool redistributes budgets from underperforming campaigns to high-performing ones based on predefined rules.
4. Keyword Management: Retrieval and analysis of search term reports to identify high-performing keywords for expansion and irrelevant terms for negative keyword lists. The tool generates keyword recommendations and applies negative keywords automatically.
5. Campaign Auditing: Periodic automated audits that flag campaigns with declining performance, high cost-per-acquisition, or budget waste. Audit reports include specific recommendations for optimization.
6. Multi-Account Management: As a done for you agency company with multiple brands, we manage several Google Ads accounts through a single MCC (Manager) account. Our tool provides cross-account reporting and optimization.
Technical implementation: Python-based, using the Google Ads API client library (google-ads-python). Deployed on our internal infrastructure. No end-user data is processed — the tool only accesses our own Google Ads accounts.
